Saint John, NB — It looks like the stallion Matter Of Money may have left another legacy behind him besides Firms Phantom.

Gordies Last Call broke her second consecutive track record on Sunday in Inverness as she cruised to a 1:58.4 win in stakes action.

Fresh off a track record performance in Truro in which the filly broke the Maritime and stakes record in 1:58.3, Gordies Last Call is a daughter of Matter Of Money, who was put down last year. He became famous for siring the Maritime phenom Firms Phantom, but it looks like he may have left another legacy behind him.

Owned by the connections of Allan MacNutt and Cassandra Fram, the filly will face her next test during Old Home week in P.E.I for trainer Earl Fram and driver Gilles Barrieau.
