EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – March 2, 2005 – Theresa Hall and Smashingpringipisa, winners in the first round, both captured their respective $16,000 second leg of the Night Styles Series on Wednesday night at the Meadowlands.

Theresa Hall posted her third win in six starts this year with a 1:54.1 mile in the 1st division of the Night Styles.

Theresa Hall [$3.40, $2.20, $2.10], driven by John Campbell and trained by George Anthony, posted her third win in six starts this year with a 1:54.1 mile, finishing a length ahead of Wind Storm [$8.00, $3.40]. It was two and three-quarter lengths to Wilma Hall [$2.40] in third.

Theresa Hall, sent off as the 3-5 favorite, is owned by Joel Tobia of Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

In the third race, Smashingpringipisa, owned and trained by Gus Tsanakos of East Hanover, New Jersey, now has four wins in six starts this year. David Miller guided her to a 1:53 mile.

It was a length and three-quarters to Follow Your Bliss [$2.40, $2.10] in second and two and a half lengths to Artoonist [$2.60] in third.

The $60,000 Night Styles Final is on Wednesday night, March 9.
