Eleven-year-old Arazi Boko, who will represent Italy in the upcoming International Trot at Yonkers Raceway on Oct. 13, raced for the last time today before he will be shipped to Belgium to fly with the rest of the European team on Oct. 5.

Arazi Boko, with trainer/driver Alessandro Gocciadoro, was entered in the Gran Premio Freccia d’Europa – a mile race at the Agnano track in Naples, and finished second.

However, the judges had to call for a photo, before they could name stablemate Super Star Reaf driven by Davide di Stefano the winner. Both were timed in 1.54.3f.

On Wednesday (Sept. 26) another International Trot contender, Ringostarr Treb, will race at Solvalla. This will he his first race since his win in the Elitlopp. Torbjörn Jansson will be in the bike and the horse is trained by Jerry Riordan.
