Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund boss dismissed

Columbus, OH — According to a story in the Albany Times Union, Tim Gordon, the executive director of the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund, was dismissed for alleged mismanagement, including hiring friends.
Gordon, 51, was appointed to the Breeding Fund in March 2011.
The Horse Breeding Development Fund’s chief task is to fund purses for the New York Sire Stakes races at the state’s seven harness tracks.To read the full story, click here.
