Sayre, PA — Allerage Farm, of Sayre, Pa., is offering a Breeding Farm internship.

This internship opportunity is for students who are in the last year of completing or have recently completed a BS degree in Equine Sciences, Animal Science or related discipline. The internship will provide advanced training in breeding farm procedures and management techniques for individuals intending to pursue a career in the equine breeding industry.

There is potential for future full time employment based on performance and qualifications as well as opportunities in harness racing and the Standardbred industry. The internship is one year in duration beginning either Jan. 1 or July 1. Salary of $400/week and on-site housing including all utilities will be provided.
