Lexington, KY — Please be advised that the ARCI Controlled Therapeutic Medication Schedule has been updated.

The most current version of this document is Version 2.1, which corrected an error in the dosing specification for Methocarbamol. In addition, several formatting changes were made to the document. Version 2.1 can be found here.

This will update the version that was sent on April 16, 2014 and will carry the new version number.

All jurisdictions are urged to use the most current versions of both documents for all regulatory purposes.
