Lexington, KY — Please be advised that the ARCI Model Rules of Racing document has been updated.

The most current version and notable changes of this document, which has a release date of December 2015, are as follows:

ARCI Model Rules of Racing, Version 6.1

• Changes to ARCI-008-010 regarding Safety Helmet Standards were made
• Changes to ARCI-007-020 regarding Racetrack Emergency Warning Systems were made

In addition, the ARCI Board of Directors voted in support of changes to ARCI-011-020 regarding Medical Labeling. The Board of Directors opted to make this available for public comment prior to final inclusion in the ARCI Model Rules. An internet link for public comment on this item will be available at a later date.

The current ARCI Model Rules and redlined changes can be viewed here and will be updated on the University of Arizona Race Track Industry Program website after the holiday break.
