Adrian, MI — Oldfield Farm in Adrian, Michigan, has foaled what is believed to be the first foal sired by Art Official.

Pictured is Art Official’s first foal out of Cambest Connection.

It’s a filly foaled Saturday night, Jan. 29, out of the mare Cambest Connection who is owned by Yousif Yousif of Chesterfield, Michigan and Ameer Najor of Detroit, Michigan.

The filly was foaled just minutes before the announcement that her half sister, Modern Connection p,2,1:52.1s ($446,352), finished as the runner-up to Idyllic for the 2010 O’Brien Award in Canada.
