Montague, PEI — Atlantic Post Calls welcomes Larry Resnitzky as its Managing Editor.

Resnitzky, a long time racing fan and part-time owner, and former host of SportsRap, a national radio sports talk show, says he is looking forward to sharing all the great harness racing stories coming out of Atlantic Canada.

The paper, founded by Doug Harkness and Earl Gouchie in 1979, has come out of moth balls after several months on the shelf. Paul MacNeill and his sister Jan MacNeill of Island Press have bought the rights to the harness racing newspaper.

“The paper can count on a growing number of sponsors and subscribers to help cover Atlantic Canada’s harness racing industry,” said Resnitzky. “I’m excited about the high caliber of writers and photographers who are contributing to this paper. I expect you will see great things from Atlantic Post Calls in the coming months and years.”
