Defiance, OH — The Defiance County Area Horsemen’s Association will be participating in the USTA’s Back to the Track on Saturday, July 16. Group members will travel to Kendalville, Indiana to entertain the grandstand crowd with several events.

There will be a contest to “pick the winner.” Numbered boxes to represent each horse in a race will be available for fans to vote for which horse they think will win. A name will be drawn from that box after the race and that person will be awarded a prize.

There will also be names drawn for a ride in the starting gate after each race.

Horse drivers will sign autographs at the grandstand before the races start.

There will be stick horse races for the kids between races.

Prizes awarded will include t-shirts and caps.

The races will begin at 10 a.m.
