Biddeford Downs: A vision in video

Scarborough, ME — A new video was recently produced by Ocean Properties and Scarborough Downs.
The video is currently being used to inform members of the Statehouse in Augusta of the importance of moving ahead with legislative changes to make Biddeford Downs a reality.
We have just begun to circulate the video this week and it has met with rave reviews.
