At the time of her first start and victory of the six-win streak at Monticello on Nov. 16, the 7-year old Rockin Image mare was trained by Andrew Adamczyk.  While under Andrews care, the aged mare won four races before being claimed by Jim Doherty Jr. on Dec. 7.

Since joining the Doherty Jr. barn, Bliss And Luck has won back-to-back races.

True to her past performances, in Monday afternoon’s conditioned pace, the mare went wire-to-wire from the rail to score in 2:00.1 with Bruce Aldrich Jr in the sulky for one of his three trips to the winner’s circle on the day.

Greg Merton drove four winners on the card and Cory Stratton had a driving double. Trainer Candance Brandstatter enjoyed a banner day with three winners from her barn.
