Columbus, OH — On Thursday (May 31) Bobbi Jean Reed, 56, of Greenfield, Ind. died at St. Vincent Anderson Hospital. She was born on Feb. 22, 1962 in Canton, Ohio, to the late Frank and Sophia (Blankenship) Hansen.

Although her most recent employment was as program director at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino, Reed was a long-time employee at the U.S. Trotting Association as a member services representative prior to her transition to Indiana.

Left to honor Reed’s memory is her husband, Michael Reed; step-son, Michael (Brooke) Reed; step daughter, Angela (Rob) Phillips; grandchildren, Alex, Mia, Justin; great-grandchildren, Arianna and Jayden; brothers Frank (Barb) Hanson, Tom (Cathy) Hanson; nieces and nephews; Elizabeth (Dorian) Ghelfi, Lisa (Chris) Mason, Amy (Ryan) Hyatt; several great nieces and nephews and aunt Marcella Blankenship.
