Brandon Parker wants to be just like Dad

Monticello, NY — At Monticello Raceway on Thursday (September 1), Billy “Zeke” Parker, Jr. was joined by his son Brandon after Parker the elder reined Keystone Endurance to a 1:58.3 victory for owner Diana Bartells.

According to track photographer Geri Schwarz, who snapped the picture, “Brandon just jumped in the bike and grabbed the lines in the winner’s circle. He said he wants to be just like his dad — but unfortunately for him he’ll have to wait a few years before that can happen.”

It was Zeke’s 256th winning drive at the Mighty M this season and he is atop the local leaderboard.

Currently with 10,490 career driving victories, Parker is ninth on the all-time list in races won.
