Breeders Crown Charity Challenge stallion breeding auction at Ohio Selected Jug Sale

Anderson, IN — As part of the Breeders Crown Charity Challenge, Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino is proud to present an exclusive opportunity to bid on a 2024 breeding to some of the top stallions in the state of the Ohio at the 2023 Ohio Selected Jug Sale on Friday (Sept. 15).

A total of seven stallion breedings will be auctioned off via a silent auction. The Ohio Selected Jug Sale is set to be held at the Pickaway Ag Center in Circleville, Ohio, with the silent auction beginning at 10 a.m. and concluding at 5 p.m.

The seven stallions include Lather Up, Catch The Fire, Summa Cum Laude, Monte Miki, Ready For Moni, Long Tom and In Range.

To participate in this exclusive opportunity, interested buyers must register before placing their bids at the Breeders Crown Charity Challenge table located near the sales ring. The winning bidder will be announced at the completion of the auction and entitled to one breeding to their chosen stallion for the 2024 breeding season.

The highly anticipated 2023 Breeders Crown Charity Challenge is underway and set to culminate at Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino on Friday (Oct. 27) as part of the 2023 Breeders Crown. This year, all proceeds from the event will be channeled towards four exceptional charities: New Vocations Racehorse Adoption, Teachers Treasures, Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide, and Helping Veterans and Families. Each charity plays a pivotal role in making positive changes in their respective areas.

The Breeders Crown Charity Challenge aims to raise funds through various channels to maximize its charitable impact.
