Campbellville, ON — After driving Legal Litigator to a fourth place finish in the C$300,000 Molson Pace this past Friday at Western Fair Raceway, driver Brett Miller has decided to remain in Ontario for the coming months.

Miller, a native of Ohio, will drive primarily for trainer Casie Coleman after her regular pilot, Mark MacDonald, was hospitalized after a serious accident at Mohawk on May 26.

“I drove Legal Litigator for Casie at London and she asked me to stay and drive her horses for the next few months until Mark returns,” Miller said.

“I know when Mark returns to the track, he’ll get his drives back. I’m just happy to fill in for the time being.”

Miller, who drives regularly at The Meadows and the Meadowlands, has 5,472 career victories with $35,841,520 in purse earnings.
