Pennington, NJ — Broadway Schooner, queen of the 2009 3-year-old trotting filly class, and 2009 trotting king Muscle Hill, last year’s Horse of the Year and Trotter of the Year, are now working on a joint production.

Broadway Schooner, a daughter of Broadway Hall-Pine Schooner who was the 2009 Dan Patch Award winner as 3-year-old Trotting Filly of the Year, has been pronounced in foal to Muscle Hill.

Owned by Arlene and Jules Siegel, Broadway Schooner won the Hambletonian Oaks and finished her racing career with $885,933 in earnings. Trained by Jim Campbell, she took a mark of 1:53.3.
