Canadian Cowgirls performing Saturday at Mohawk Park

Milton, ON — The Canadian Cowgirls drill team will be performing this Saturday (Sept. 1) at Woodbine Mohawk Park, as part of the Canadian Pacing Derby and Maple Leaf Trot card festivities.


Founded in 2003, the Canadian Cowgirls have become renowned for their musical performances, dazzling audiences with their precision riding, stunning costumes and daring maneuvers. Their elite precision drill team, hailing from Chatham-Kent, Ont., consists of 28 women and 28 horses.

The Canadian Cowgirls team of horses consists of a variety of breeds, including Quarter Horse, Appaloosa, Arabian and Paint.

Fans at Woodbine Mohawk Park this Saturday can see the Canadian Cowgirls perform following the evening’s third race. Post time Saturday is 7:10 p.m.
