Harrington, DE – Tlb Racing’s Captaincountrystar ($9.20, Pat Berry) scored his fifth straight win Monday (June 24) at Harrington Raceway in 1:50.4 in the featured $22,500 Free-for-All.

Tlb Racing’s Captaincountrystar ($9, Pat Berry) was used hard to make the lead from post seven but eventually got there in :27 seconds. He sped to the half-mile in :54.3 and three-quarters in 1:22.4 before a :28 second last quarter held off a late closing charge from Layton Hanover, who finished second, while Sweet Angel Boy was third. The winning time equaled a lifetime best for the 4-year-old Captaintreacherous gelding, who was ascending in class from winners-over ranks.

Art Stafford Jr. and Pat Berry each won three races on the card.
