Columbus, OH–Longtime USTA member and respected Ohio horsemen, Charles Edward Ross, 83, of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 27.

Born on Jan. 2, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Ross had been a long-time fixture around the many Ohio pari-mutuel and county fairs, was an active owner and successful trainer/driver.
