Columbus, OH — Clayton Clifford Collar, 83, of Bellmont, Ill. died on May 13 at Oakview Heights Continuing Care and Rehab.

Born on Oct. 10, 1934, in Vermillion, South Dakota, to Kenneth and Nellie (South), Collar was devoted to harness racing and competed regularly on the fair circuit in his home state. He was also a trained blacksmith and USTA member.
