Schecnectady, NY — New York Sire Stakes participants are notified that the contact information has been updated for all records submission and inquiries. Effective immediately, the Agriculture and Breeding Development Fund office located in Schenectady, N.Y., will be accepting all paperwork and answering all inquiries regarding the New York Sire Stakes program.

This includes staking payments, residency forms, mares bred reports, shipped semen reports and stallion registrations. Capitol Hill Management Services, located in Albany, N.Y., will no longer be accepting these forms and payments.
