Columbus, OH — The State of New York Supreme Court Appellate Division has issued a memorandum and judgment in the matter of Luis Pena vs. the New York State Gaming Commission.

A spokesman for the Gaming Commission has indicated to the USTA that the decision is under review and that no press release from them is imminent.
