Boca Raton, FL – Covered Bridge p,4,1:48.3 ($541,445), fresh off a win at Harrah’s Philadelphia in 1:49.2, led the eight-horse Ron Burke Stable consignment at onGait.com Thursday (Sept. 15) when he brought a final bid of $131,000. Mark Ford of New York was the winning bidder.

Also on Thursday, Moni’s Heaven Cent 3,Q1:56.3, a Muscle Hill 3-year-old, sold for $28,000 to Robyn Mangiardi of New York; the He’s Watching mare, Better Watch It p,4,1:55.1h, went to Kevin McDermott of New Jersey for $24,400; Check One p,2,1:53.3s, an Indiana eligible 2-year-old filly, was bought by EVM Racing, LLC of Delaware for $16,400. Also, Mega Clyde for $9,000 to Gary Crescenze of Maryland and Real Thing for $6,600 to EVM Racing, LLC. Finally, Dub Ya Nine and Paycheck, each selling for $5,200 to Dakota Jackson of Michigan.

Among the horses presently in the ring are Shake It p,3,1:50.3-’22, a $100,000 winner this year; Perfect Titan 3,1:58.3h-’22, a son of E L Titan who just raced in the NYSS final at Tioga; and What’s Your Beef
p,2,1:51.3s, a 4-year-old JK Endofanera gelding racing in Delaware.
