Celina, OH — De Niro G put the final touches on his Signature Series season, winning his eighth straight race and the Signature Series Trot Championship on Wednesday, September 12.
De Niro G (9, g, Shane Scottseth-Sintha Asmara-Niton) won the Robert H. Brown Memorial Trot at the Wyandot County Fair in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, for driver Kevin Hough and owner Dein Spriggs in a time of 2:04.2, nipping stablemate Byzanz and Master Pine for the win. The trotters will next race at the Delaware County Fair in the final event of the year.
The Signature Series stays at the Wyandot County Fair on Thursday night, September 13, for the Sandusky River Pace and two divisions of racing.
