Defiance, OH — The second annual Defiance County Area Horsemen’s Association reverse raffle dinner/auction will be held March 31 at 6 p.m. at the Defiance Eagles, Defiance, Ohio. Money raised will help fund the harness racing program at the Defiance County Fair on August 21 and 24.
