Defiance County horsemen to hold silent auction for breedings

Edgerton, OH — The Defiance County (Ohio) Area Horsemen’s Association is holding a silent auction for breedings to numerous stallions.

There are currently five Ohio pacing stallions, four Ohio trotting stallions, seven Indiana pacing stallions, three Indiana trotting stallions, one Pennsylvania pacing stallion, one Delaware pacing stallion, one Maryland pacing stallion, and one Maryland trotting stallion.

The pacing stallions A Stud Named Sue (Laag-Rule Model) and Indian Fever (Nobleland Sam-Hey Lady) both stand at Webb Stables of Defiance, Ohio. The pacing stallion Believeinbruiser (Mach Three-Believeinyourdream) stands at Cool Winds Farm of Lima, Ohio. The pacing stallion Cheyenne Rei (Western Hanover-Ain’t No Stoppn Me) stands at ATI Equine Center of Apple Creek, Ohio, while the pacing stallion KF St. Patrick (Nobleland Sam-KF Pro’s Baby) stands at TP Stable of Canton, Ohio.

The trotting stallion And Away We Go (Conway Hall-Cream Puff) stands at Royal View Farm of Millersburg, Ohio. The trotting stallion Deep Chip (Chip Chip Hooray-Ceremonial) stands at Autumn Lane Farm of Thornville, Ohio. The trotting stallion Lockkeeper (Mr Lavec-SJ’s Image) stands at Pine Grove Acres of Millersburg, Ohio, while the trotting stallion Trainforthefuture (Donerail-Colette Lobell) stands at Hickory Lane Farm of Findlay, Ohio.

The pacing stallion Blueridge Camagot (Allamerican Ingot-Maine Jan) stands at A and E Stables of Monroe, Ind. The pacing stallion He’s Gorgeous (Art Major-So Ravishing) stands at Schwartz Boarding Farm of Berne, Ind. The pacing stallion Palone Ranger (Western Ideal-Mercy Mercy Mercy) stands at Ivy Lane Farm of Goshen, Ind. The pacing stallion Pro North (Northern Luck-Twin B Knockout) stands at Dojea Stables of Wolcottville, Ind. The pacing stallion Proper Respect (McArdle-Shehasthelook) stands at Hickory Ridge Farm of Berne, Ind. The pacing stallion Rockn Roll Rebel (Real Desire-Unique Hanover) stands at Kountry Acre Farm of Losantville, Ind., while the pacing stallion Swingin Glory (Raging Glory-Swingin) stands at Sunrise Farms of Jonesboro, Ind.

The trotting stallion Got That Look (Yankee Glide-Pine Chime) stands at Dojea Stables of Wolcottville, Ind. The trotting stallion Proud To Swim Home (Muscles Yankee-Dream Of Becca) stands at Shadowgait Farm of Montezuma, Ind., while the trotting stallion Sing Jesse Sing (Jailhouse Jesse-Hollybrook Lane) stands at Chapel Ridge Farm of Grabill, Ind.

The pacing stallion Tuffofthetoughest (Bettor’s Delight-Heatherjeankillean) stands at Delaware Valley College of Doylestown, Pa. The pacing stallion Artzina (Artiscape-Koutzina) stands at Winbak Farm of Delaware at Middletown, Del. The pacing stallion The Fraternity Pan (Artsplace-Yankee Co) and the trotting stallion Four Starz Robro (Conway Hall-Armbro Pantomime) both stand at Harris Paint Stallion Station of Federalsburg, Md.

Bids will be taken on all stallions until 7 p.m. on Friday (March 28).

At that time, the person with the second-highest bid will have a chance to raise his or her bid. The bidding will continue between the two highest bidders until one drops out. Should there be any stallions receiving no bids prior to 7 p.m. on March 28, silent bids on those stallions only will be taken at the Association’s Reverse Raffle on Saturday (March 29).
