Dover, DE — A $500 nomination payment is due by Dec. 1 for all stallions to stand the 2023 breeding season.

All new stallions must provide a copy of USTA registration or a “Basic Horse” report from the USTA Pathway system. If one misses the Dec. 1 deadline the following is a late payment schedule.

Jan. 1-$1,000
Feb. 1-$2,000
March 1-$3,000

This year the bonus percentage for stallions increases to five percent on eligible races. Broodmares will be 10 percent.

Credit cards are acceptable payment through the online portal on the DSBF website.
