Dover, DE — All stallion owners who wish to register their stallions for the 2011 breeding season to stand in the state of Delaware must have their forms postmarked by this Wednesday, Dec. 1.

The fee is $500. Late nominations are taken up to January 1 for a fee of $1,000.

Bonus payments to stallion owners are 2 percent of the purses won by offspring for DSBF races as 2- and 3-year-olds.

Stallions may race during the breeding season but not in claimers or at out of state racetracks.
