Columbus, OH – District 9 Chairperson Don Marean announced Wednesday (Nov. 3) that their annual meeting has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 9 at noon EDT.

The meeting, originally scheduled for Nov. 14, was postponed due to the recent announcement by Plainridge Park that racing dates have been added on Nov. 7 and Nov. 14 to make up for two cancellations during August due to extreme heat.

Along with Chairperson Marean, the District 9 meeting will also be hosted by Directors George Ducharme, Leonard Calderone, Stephen O’Toole, and Timothy Powers.

District 9 covers the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
