Freehold, NJ — Enough Talk and Buck I St Pat, the 2010 Dan Patch Award winners for best older male and female trotters, headline the field for the $220,000 Arthur J. Cutler Memorial for older trotters on May 14 at Meadowlands Racetrack. Ten horses were entered, so eliminations this weekend were unnecessary.

Also entered in the Cutler were Celebrity Hercules, Corleone Kosmos, Don’t Know Chip, Hot Shot Blue Chip, Looking Hanover, Lucky Jim, Neighsay Hanover, and Slave Dream.

Trained by Peter Kleinhans and driven by Ron Pierce, Enough Talk is a two-time division champ, having captured the Dan Patch Award in both 2008 and 2010. Enough Talk was second to Arch Madness in his only start this season. Arch Madness, who has earned $2.46 million in his career and is 3-for-3 this year, was not entered and is scheduled to compete overseas later this month. Arch Madness won last year’s Cutler Memorial.

If he wins another division title, he will join Su Mac Lad as the only horses with three division honors. Su Mac Lad won his consecutively, 1960 through 1962.

Buck I St Pat also can join elite company with another division championship. Last year she won her third consecutive title among the trotting mares. Only Moni Maker (1997-2000) and Fresh Yankee (1969-1972) have won four.
