Dover, DE —- For the first time in several years, Dover Downs has canceled a live racing program.

With snow falling and a weather forecast of possibly five inches of snow and hazardous driving conditions, Dover Downs has canceled its Wednesday (Jan. 21) racing program.

Thursday racing is carded to begin with a 4:30 p.m. post time.
