Dr. Seth Fishman convicted on doping charges

Columbus, OH – Dr. Seth Fishman was convicted of conspiring to violate adulteration and misbranding laws and the manufacturing of performance-enhancing drugs in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan (NY) on Wednesday (Feb. 2) according to a story in Thoroughbred Daily News.

According to the story, “A jury of eight women and four men in U.S. District Court in Manhattan found Fishman, 50, guilty of conspiring to violate adulteration and misbranding laws and the manufacture of PEDs administered to racehorses by corrupt trainers for money and fame.

“U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil will sentence Fishman May 5.”

Dr. Fishman is subject to 15 years in jail.
