Driver Paul MacDonell joins Derby Day debut for Somebeachsomewhere documentary

Milton, ON — Looking for a Derby Day winner? Look no further than the 2019 Eastlink Community TV documentary “Somebeachsomewhere: Horse of a Lifetime,” making its big screen debut Saturday (May 4) at Mohawk Inn and Conference Centre, Milton, Ontario.

USHWA Canada is excited to announce that Somebeachsomewhere’s driver, Paul MacDonell, will be a special guest at the event.

Doors open at 3 p.m. for the 4 p.m. screening. Light refreshments will be served.

After the one-hour film, there will be an audience question-and-answer session with MacDonell.

There will also be a silent auction for an original painting of Somebeachsomewhere, donated by OHHA General Manager Brian Tropea.

Admission is $10 (cash only, please) at the door for adults. Free admission for accompanied children. All funds raised will be donated to equine research at Ontario Veterinary College.
