DSBF prelims begin Monday night at Dover

Dover, DE — Three $20,000 divisions in the opening leg of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund 3-year-old filly pace are carded on the Monday (March 25) program at Dover Downs. Post time is 4:30 p.m.

The first two DSBF events are the day’s daily double. In the first race, Charley Dombeck and trainer Daryl Bier’s Inittowinafortune, winner of both $100,000 2012 frosh filly finals, will again be driven by Tim Tetrick. Garnet O’Marrow’s Seboomook Boo Yah and Allen Davis and Jim Wilson’s All Wishes with Tony Morgan head the opposition.

Dianne and Joel Halpern’s homebred Bags Of Stars and Ben Stafford, Jr., Todd Wise’s JJ’scollegefund, also a winner last start with Ross Wolfenden and Bill Rohrer’s Dream N Ezy, teamed with Ron Pierce, lead the second $20,000 prelim.

Women Rule, driven by Sean Bier for Su-Mar Racing and trainer Crissy Bier, is the one to beat in the third $20,000 section. Two rivals, Green Racing, Brent and Jim Outten’s Fulla Trick and Vic Kirby, and Scott Woogen’s KJ’s Caroline, handled by John Wagner, lead the opposition.
