Dover, DE — Delaware Standardbred Breeders’ Fund stallion nominations are due to be postmarked by Dec. 1.

The fee is $500.

All new stallions must provide a copy of USTA registration papers or a printout of a “Basic Horse” report from the USTA Pathway system.

Late nominations are accepted up to March 1.

It is strongly advised to use mail with a tracking number. UPS and Fed Ex are accepted. Credit card payments are permissible and can be made directly from the website of the Department of Agriculture. This is the most expedient way and easily trackable.

For 2022, the Breeder Bonus will be increased. A total of $288,680 was paid out in 2020.
