Great Quantity was a winner at 90-1 odds for trainer/driver Jeff Fout.
A 90-1 longshot won the first filly division as Winbak Farm’s Great Quantity ($184, Jeff Fout) was a first-over winner in 2:03.3. The CR Commando-Spawning filly took advantage of breaks by the favorites and seized control approaching three-quarters over Da Boss Lady and Skuttlebutt. Great Quantity is also trained by her driver.
The first colt division was won by Shaun Callahan and Dawn Amiss’ Left Alone Ranger ($3, Corey Callahan) in a time of 2:08.1. The Duke’s Ranger-Wolf’s Little Lady gelding bided his time in the back before making his move toward three-quarters and clearing pacesetter Montchanin, who finished second. Manchester Boss was third. Left Alone Ranger earned his second career win in four lifetime starts for trainer Nick Callahan.

A daughter of Don Boss Vita-Armbro Odalisk, Alleigh Girl has won four of six lifetime starts.
October 24 will feature four $100,000 finals for all divisions as part of a showcase night of Delaware’s top bred horses.
