DSOA president steps down after 36 years of service

Dover, DE – James Case, Jr. has stepped down after 36 years of service to Delaware and Maryland horsemen and women. During the span, Case served as an Association Director on both the Cloverleaf SOA (CSOA) and Delaware SOA (DSOA) boards.

Case, a Dover, DE resident served as President for a combined 19 years. Six of those years, Case was president of CSOA when it served both Delaware and Maryland. More recently, after the organization split, for the last 13 years, Case was DSOA president.

Not only has Case been a well-respected and much-loved representative to the harness racing community, but, in more than three decades of service, the First State horseman was truly dedicated, missing only one meeting.

Andrew Markano was recently elected to succeed Case as DSOA President. Brenda Bramble is First Vice President, with Dr. William Moffett Second Vice President. Frannie West holds the position of Secretary and Treasurer is Presley Moore.
