Sacramento, CA — The eligibility period for the $20,000 guaranteed Alan Horowitz series at Cal Expo begins Aug. 15.

The series is a starter allowance for horses that have started for a base claiming price of $5,500 since Aug. 15.

Eliminations are scheduled for Nov. 23; the final will be Nov. 30. No claiming is allowed in the series.
