Nichols, NY — The Empire Breeders Classic 3-year-old colt and filly pacing stakes will be raced at Tioga Downs this Sunday (Aug. 28). The box for Sunday closes at 9 a.m. on Wednesday (Aug. 24).

The EBC conditions call for the stake to be raced as a single dash if 10 or fewer are declared and split into divisions with 11 or more declarations. Declaration fee is $2,500 (plus $30.78 NY Starting Fee) made payable to Tioga Downs and will be split by the number of divisions as necessary.
