Equine Job Fair set for April 28

Freehold, NJ — The Harness Racing Museum and U.S. Trotting Association will hold the second annual Equine Job Fair on Wednesday, April 28, from 5 to 8 p.m at the Museum, 240 Main St., Goshen, N.Y.

The event is free and open to anyone seeking a job in the horse world. Employers are expected to include breeding farms, racing stables and similar employers.

Participating employers can be seeking to fill current or future openings for any kind of job, temporary or permanent, full or part time, “hands on” or administrative. Employers, but not job seekers, must be members of either the U.S. Trotting Association or the Harness Racing Museum. Potential employers that are not current members can become a member to be eligible.

Job seekers should bring at least 20 copies of their resume and be prepared to meet prospective employers.
