Equine Management Webinar Series begins June 3

Do you enjoy Rutgers Cooperative Extension equine programs but find them hard to fit into your hectic schedule? If the answer is yes then this interactive online series may be for you!

Using the latest in internet educational technology, this series will allow you to participate in Extension programming from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer with an internet connection and speakers.

The first session, Evaluating Your Pasture, will be held on Wednesday, June 3, from 7:00-7:30 p.m. The program starts promptly at 7:05 p.m.

We all know that quality pastures are an important component of a well-managed equine operation. But what is a “quality pasture?” This session will teach you a quick and easy method to evaluate the quality of your pasture. Are you maximizing the value and quality of your pastures?

The presenter will be Stephen Komar, County Agricultural Agent, Sussex County.
