Portland, IN — A public auction, sponsored by Jayland Trotting Association, of harness racing equipment and horse trailers, will be held at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland, Ind., in the Women’s Building, on Saturday (February 7) at 10:00 a.m.

Consignments will be accepted on Friday (February 6) between 4–6 p.m. and prior to sale time on Saturday (February 7).
