Tenafly, NJ — The EWEY Scholarship Fund is accepting applications until May 31 for grants that will be made by Aug. 15.

Applications are available on our website at www.equinescholarship.com.

The scholarship fund is supported by donations and by the five percent driver commissions of GSY Club races plus annual dues.

The ideal candidates are people seeking higher education and that have a family connection to the harness racing industry. Additional candidates seeking education to further careers in the harness racing industry are also encouraged to apply.

Since inception in 2009, the fund has granted more than $175,000.
