Toronto, ON — Woodbine Racetrack will once again proudly host the ‘Fall Four’ stakes for 2-year-olds in 2014, which includes the Goldsmith Maid and Three Diamonds for fillies and the Governor’s Cup and Valley Victory for open competitors.

With The Meadowlands Racetrack hosting the Breeders Crown in 2014, Woodbine Racetrack was asked to host the ‘Fall Four’ stakes at the Toronto oval.

The quartet of Fall Four stakes races, which were launched at Garden State Park in the mid-1980s will be hosted by WEG for a sixth time.

The races will be raced at Woodbine in late October during the Fall/Winter meet.

Special Post Time At Woodbine

The Woodbine Entertainment Group would like to inform racing fans and horse people that Woodbine’s Saturday night November 2 standardbred program will have a special 7:55 p.m. first-race post time.

The change in standardbred post time is due to Breeders’ Cup coverage and WEG’s Saturday afternoon thoroughbred program.
