Father Patrick moves up in Poll

Freehold, NJ — Father Patrick won the Canadian Trotting Classic last weekend and became the first harness racing horse this season to surpass $1 million. The 3-year-old male trotter also moved up one spot in this week’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll, from fourth to third.
Older male trotter Sebastian K remained the unanimous choice at No. 1, followed by older male pacer Sweet Lou.
Four of the horses in the Top 10 race at the Delaware County Fair this week.
Lifetime Pursuit, who is No. 9, is in Wednesday’s Buckette for 3-year-olde female trotters and No. 10 Sandbetweenurtoes is in Wednesday’s Jugette for 3-year-old female pacers. On Thursday, No. 5 He’s Watching and No. 6 McWicked are in the Little Brown Jug for 3-year-old male pacers.
