Field for richest mile race in France has been drawn

The field for the richest mile race in France has been drawn as 13 trotters were entered in the Grand Criterium de Vitesse de la Cote d’Azur to be raced Sunday (March 13) at Cagnes sur Mer.

With a total purse of 200,000 Euro, the race is the richest mile race in France.

Italian top trotter Vivid Wise As, who a month ago won the Prix de France at Vincennes, is trying to win this race for the third time in row. In fact, Vivid Wise As is undefeated from five starts at the Cagnes sur Mer track.

Five of the 13 entries are trained in Italy.
