Charlottetown, PEI — The official draw took place Tuesday morning (Aug. 6) for three Sobeys Gold Cup & Saucer trials that will lead up to the 54th edition on Saturday (Aug. 17) at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

Twenty-one horses have been nominated, setting the stage for a trial on Saturday (Aug. 10) with post time at 7 p.m.; Sunday (Aug. 11) with post time at 1 p.m.; and Monday (Aug. 12) with a 7 p.m. post time.
