Mississauga, ON — The first four heats of the 2019 World Driving Championship, to take place on Friday (May 24) and Saturday (May 25) at Solvalla Racecourse in Stockholm, Sweden, have been drawn.

After a trio of heats contested at 1-5/16 miles or longer on Friday, Saturday’s lone heat will take place at the more familiar one-mile distance.

The tournament will break on Sunday (May 26) to allow for Elitloppet, and will resume with competition throughout the country on Monday (May 27), Tuesday (May 28), Wednesday (May 29) and Friday (May 31).
