Svensk Uppfödningslöpp – Sweden’s oldest classic race and the most important contest for 2-year old trotters was won in style by Revelation in 1:58.1 with trainer-driver Per Nordström in the bike. The winner’s share of the purse was $206,000.

Revelation hails from the first crop by top Swedish trotter, Readly Express, who was sired by Ready Cash.

Readly Express took a mark of 1.50.4 and had career earnings of $2.4 million.

In 2018, he won the Prix d’Amerique and was third in this year’s race. He won the Prix de France, Grand Criterium de Vitesse, Finlandia Ajo and elimination for the Elitlopp, but was scratched for the final.

Readly Express is now standing at Menhammar Stud in Sweden for $9,500 for a live foal.
